The rivers state  commissioner of police has given the 1 million naira reward to the person that helped the police in re arresting a suspected ritualist who wa caught with the body of his 8 years old niece in rivers last month.

Remember that the suspect escaped the police custody but was later caught in jos trying to escape by the help of a good nigerian that identified him and alerted the police.
