It was a black Thursday in Isanlu, Yagba East local government, Kogi State yesterday as armed men stormed the town and robbed the only bank that is in the ancient town of Isanlu in Okunland of Kogi state.



Eyewitness reports that the armed robbers divided themselves into two groups, a group led the attack to the police station where the DPO and over seven police officer were killed and the other group led the robbery operation at the bank where some people were gruesomely killed too.

This attack is similar to the one that occurred in Offa Kwara State in 2018.
