CORP MEMBER WHO'S TO PASS OUT TODAY, SHOT DEAD BY POLICE OFFICER IN FCT

It was reported late yesterday night by sister of the victim, that a corp member who goes by the be Miss Linda Nkechi Igewtu, serving in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, was shot dead by a officer of the Nigeria police force. The Corper is said to be the set of the batch B corps, who'll be having their passing out parade on Thursday.

From the report, a car which she happened to be one of the passengers was shot at by the police, she was hit by bullet and she bled to death. She is a Lagos resident and hailed from the South. Statements has not been made from the police force to confirm the incident.
