The Nigeria Police Force on Sunday has invited the senate president senator Bukola Saraki of Kogi state to give statement on his implication in the Offa robbery which took place months ago.

The arrested 5 gang members has implicated the senate president and Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State. The robbery which took place in a bank in Offa with a dozen armed robbers who killed 33 people in a wide ranging robbery operation. The robbers confessed to have been sponsored with firearms and money by Senate president and state Governor. In view of this, the police force has invited the senate president while the Governor will be questioned as well.
