The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed that the Arsenal skipper Alex Iwobi, Torino defender Ola Aina and the Udinese player William Troost-Ekong will not be available for Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier with Seychelles due to injury.

The Super Eagles will face the Pirates of Seychelles this  Saturday, a match that is very vital for Nigerian to win in order to augment her qualification horizon after a home defeat to South Africa in Abia last year June.

The Nigeria's left back Ola Aina suffered a muscular injury in his club Torino’s 1-0 victory over SPAL and was substituted before the end of the match. Also, Troost-Ekong got injured in Udinese’s 1-0 away defeat to Fiorentina albeit featuring for the entire duration at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

And Alex Iwobi  was missing in Arsenal away victory over Cardiff City in the English premier league on Sunday and has been ruled out of the clash against the Pirates.

Meanwhile, the absence of the players can not be greatly missed because the Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has possible replacement for them all.
