On Sunday night, Ahmed Oloade, also known as Asake, made history by becoming the first Nigerian newcomer to sell out the 20,000-seat O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom.

The Mr. Money singer arrived on stage in a helicopter to raucous applause from the audience.

He performed a medley of songs from his debut album, ‘Mr Money With The Vibe’ and his sophomore project, ‘Work Of Art.’

He also invited Fireboy DML, Lil Kesh, and a number of other musicians who are on the same record label, YBNL.

Asake has now joined the list of Nigerian musicians who have sold out the O2 Arena, which also includes Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.

Later this year, Rema will perform as the main act at a concert at the prestigious arena.
