Nigerian singer Davido is sharing more details about his “Timeless” album.

In a recent interview with Beats 99.9 FM, Davido talked about how difficult it was for him to release it.

He talked about grieving his lost ones, especially his son, who died a few weeks before he could release his album.

Davido made it clear that he did not want to sound sad or depressed on the album, and he tried his best to put out good songs with powerful lyrics.

Speaking on the first video off the album, Davido revealed he spent 100 million naira on a video shoot with TG Omori.

According to him, it is the first $100 million he is spending on a Nigerian music video.

Davido stated that he is proud of the work TG Omori did and that it is worth the 100 million naira he spent. Sharing details of the shoot, Davido added that the shoot was for six days and that TG Omori really paid attention to details.

The Davido x TG Omori video is for “LCND: Legends Can Never Die” and not “No Competition” featuring Asake like others are hoping for.
