It will be recalled that the Dubai Police force officially relased video and statement about the lavish fraudsters last week, alleging them to have defraud close to 2 million people a huge sum of money by altering their mail details and as since then move to Moshannon.

Moshannon Valley is a privately owned MINIMUM-SECURITY prison located in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

It is owned and operated by The Geo Group. It houses 1,780 male prisoners. The facility opened in 2006, and at the time it was the only private prison in Pennsylvania.
