Nigerian hip-hop artist and hypeman Goya Menor has said he is getting fewer accolades than he deserves.

The rapper said his song ‘Ameno Amapiano remix’ topped many charts globally, a feat he said only a few Nigerian songs have managed to achieve.

He stated this in a recent interview with Cool FM in Lagos.

He said, “The Ameno Amapiano remix’] hit number 1 on Shazam and number 1 in America. It hit number one on all platforms. So, I don’t even think I’m getting enough credits for that.

“You and I know that we can name less than 10 songs that have ever done what ‘Ameno’ did in the history of Nigerian music.”

Goya Menor also disclosed in the interview that he would love to collaborate with Tiwa Savage.

He said he had already reached out to her team.
