Burna Boy is trending after the Grammys served the Nigerian singer a hot breakfast at their 65th Awards Ceremony.

He lost his two nominations in one night. Burna Boy was nominated in the categories of "Best Global Music Album" for his album, “Love, Damini,” and "Best Global Music Performance" for his hit song, “Last, Last“ in 2022.

Today, Feb. 5, 2023, Burna Boy’s Last Last lost the "Best Global Music Performance" category to “Bayethe” by Wouter Kellerman, Zakes Bantwini, and Nomcebo Zikod. His “Love, Damini” album also lost the "Best Global Music Album" category to “Sakura” by Masanori Takumi.

Some Wizkid FCs who couldn’t hide their excitement about the news went to the Blue Bird App to jubilate. They revealed how happy they were to hear that Burna Boy lost the awards and wouldn’t be ahead.
