Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor and politician, has responded to criticism following his announcement of a second marriage.

Yul Edochie stunned fans on Wednesday when he revealed the birth of his baby with Judy Austin Muoghalu, his second wife.

Offended by the post, Edochie's older wife resorted to the comments section and stated, "May God condemn you both."

This has sparked outrage online, as Edochie had previously praised his first wife for standing by him for 16 years while he was going through a difficult time.

Edochie shared a photo of his first wife, May, on his Instagram page on Thursday.

Alongside the picture, the presidential aspirant said his first wife will always remain No. 1.

The post read: “Number one, May Yul Edochie. Undisputed. ”
