Born Chibuzo Nelson in Abakpa Nike area of Enugu Nigeria on October 9 1986 to Anambra parents. He had his secondary school education at Nike boys before pursuing his music career. Phyno is a rapper, singer, songwriter and producer. He first started as a producer in 2003 before venturing into singing and rap full time. Loved for for his melodious use of Igbo language in rap, phyno has left a trademark in the Nigerian music industry with his unique way of doing local rap. He released his first album no guts no glory in 2014 though it came after so many hit singles like ghost mode ft olamide, man of the year, Kush music and so many others. He has done collaboration with so many top stars in Nigeria including flavor, olamide, runtown,davido, zorro and so many others.
