The shade came as a result of a statement a troll made on Twitter.

The troll went as far as referring to Ruger as a low-budget Samuel Jackson.

The insult must have hit hard because Ruger wasted no time informing this troll that he was the better Buju. According to Ruger, he loves Buju (BNXN), but Buju isn’t better than him. He reminded Twitter users and Nigerians that everything he has released from the beginning has only been Ruger.

He threw shades at Buju for not having his own hit records and for always hiding under the umbrella of Wizkid and Burna Boy.
