The fast-rising Nigerian singer, Spyro, has revealed that he was asked to visit a herbalist so that he can have a successful music career, but he declined.

The Who’s Your Guy hitmaker said he instead chose to put his trust in Jesus Christ, but his colleagues in the industry made a mockery of his decision.

Spyro shared the story in a bid to thank God for how far he has come and for being able to make a hit song that gets him recognition.

He said he used to slide into different people’s DMs to solicit support when he was still struggling, but Grace finally found him.

Taking to Twitter, the budding artiste wrote; “Dem say make dem carry me go herbalist wey go run am for me,dem laugh me when I told them JESUS will do mine …Omo I enter DM’s tire but finally JESUS DID.Grace, grace, grace. This is my story.
