Bishops Applaud Enugu Bishop For The New Chapel In Enugu Secretariat
Yesterday, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Calistus Chukwuma V. Onaga, the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Nsukka, Most Rev. Prof. Godfrey Igwebuike Onah and the Catholic Bishop of Awgu Diocese, Most Rev. John Ifeanyichukwu Okoye.
Accompanied by the Vice-Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, Very Rev. Fr. Prof. Christian Anieke, the Chaplain, Government House, Enugu, Rev. Fr. Chinedu Ozoude, among other priests, as well as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Project Development and Implementation (PDI), Engr. Dr. (Mrs.) Obiageli Abba, inspected the first ever Christian Chapel of Worship, at the Government House, Enugu, newly constructed and furnished to standard by Gov. Ugwuanyi’s administration.
It was indeed an amazing experience for the Bishops who profusely commended Gov. Ugwuanyi and expressed delight at the quality of the Chapel and facilities installed in it.
