This raid was followed by a tip off they got from the some residents of the area concerning the flamboyant lifestyle and unknown source of wealth of some youths residing in the neighborhood. They started that the culprits don't have any known job or business or legal source of income but live flashy lifestyles and drive exotic cars. The crime department however on raiding the apartment caught 28 people, one female and 27 males whom they believe were internet fraudsters and their main job is scamming both international and some local clients and duping them of their money and valuables with different identities. They caught trying to destroy the iPhone they use for work on their arrival.

The following were recovered from them; 4 apple macbook,2 iPhone, xmax and and other HP laptop computers.

Other items include, 2 Toyota Camry , 4 Toyota corrolla, and 1 Mercedes Benz GL 450 car.
