Sequel to the ongoing fight between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
A legal practitioner, Ola Daniel has said that it is unconstitutional for EFCC to have declared the ex governor wanted.
He made this known on Arise TV noting that the court is yet to decide on an appeal filed by th EFCC.
It will be recalled that the EFCC declared Bello wanted after he evaded arrest at his Abuja residence.
EFCC is probing the ex governor for 82 billion naira that he alleged mismanaged during his tenure as the governor of Kogi state.
