Charles Idahosa, formerly a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and a one-time ally of Governor Godwin Obaseki, has returned to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Idahosa cited his desire to contribute to the APC's success in the upcoming September 21 governorship election as his reason for rejoining the party. He made this announcement at his residence, where he was warmly received by APC leaders, including Edo State's Secretary, Lawrence Okah.
Expressing his regret from his time in the PDP, Idahosa disclosed that one of his greatest mistakes was not supporting Obaseki's resignation as Edo Governor when Obaseki confided in him about his frustration with the party's leadership, led by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
