The king, Oba Sunday Akinwale has earlier raised the alarm over different threat to his life before the hoodlum finally invaded his palace.

Reports have it that the hoodlums allegedly sponsored by a traditional ruler in the area.

The monarch alleged that he was badly beaten by the hoodlums who invaded the palace at midnight and carted away his personal belongings and some artifacts.

He said he was forcefully ejected out of the palace by the hoodlums, while another person who contested for the stool but lost out to him took over the palace.

The police command in the state has taken over the matter.
