Following the mixed reaction about the acceptability of the old naira notes, a popular commercial bank, Ecobank Nigeria has informed their numerous customers to visit any of their branched and deposit their old notes that they are still accepting them.

The bank made this known through a mail update to their customers.

The post reads:

We are still receiving old Naira notes.

Visit any of our branches to deposit your old N200, N500 and N1,000 notes".

It will be recalled that several people are still rejecting the old notes.
