As the October 10 gubernatorial election in Ondo state is fast approaching, the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, yesterday Friday 31st July, 2020, visited the National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos State Governor, Mr.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu in Lagos in company of his running mate, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

The Governor who made this public posted this on his official twitter account said he visited Asiwaju Tinubu and Mr. Sanwo-Olu to formally introduce his deputy governor designate, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa to him and consult with them for a stronger APC in Ondo State ahead of the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state.

In his tweets “Today, I visited our leader @AsiwajuTinubu and my brother @jidesanwoolu to formally introduce my Deputy Govenor designate and consult with them for the forthcoming election in Ondo State. We are one in

@OfficialAPCNg and our party is stronger than ever."

It will be recalled that Tinubu did not support the candidacy of Akeredolu in the 2016 election of which made Akeredolu to be singing triumphantly against the personality of Tinubu after winning the election.

However, in order to win his reelection he needs the supports of the National leader than never before.
