Mbappé displayed a displeased expression as he exited the pitch in the 65th minute, prompting speculation on social media regarding potential insults directed at Enrique.

However, Enrique dismissed these allegations, stating, "It's interesting how falsehoods can spark controversies in football. Someone fabricated an insult, leading to various speculations."

Mbappé has seen limited playing time in PSG's recent Ligue 1 matches, with Enrique frequently opting to bench the star player following Mbappé's announcement of his intention to depart the club in February.
