Brendan Rodgers, the manager of Leicester City, has praised Jose Mourinho, the coach of AS Roma, as one of the best managers of our generation.

This was stated by Rodgers during his pre-match news conference ahead of Leicester City's UEFA Europa League semi-final encounter against Roma on Thursday.

The King Power Stadium will host Mourinho's side in the Europa Conference League last-16 first-leg encounter on Thursday night.

"He's one of the best managers I've ever worked with." Rodgers said of Mourinho, "He has nothing to prove to anyone."
"He's a champion." He'll always be a winner; all he has to do is want to prove it to himself. "And I can't say enough good things about him."
