Few weeks after the controversial and last minute goal of the Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was ruled out by the assistant referee named Mario Diks, the assistant referee who now ruled Cristiano Ronaldo's 'goal' against Serbia hadn't crossed the line, has now been dropped from the Netherlands' officiating team for Euro 2020.

The development means Diks wouldn't be part of the officiating team in the tournament that will commence in June.

The decision is cannot be ruled out of his mistake by ruling the goal out a scenario that turned universally controversial.
