Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has named the two Bayern Munich players who made his team struggle, even as they qualified for the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday.

The Premier League champions traveled to Germany with a commanding 3-0 lead from the first leg of their quarter-final tie.

However, they weathered the storm from Bayern in front of their fans, with Erling Haaland missing a penalty.

Haaland eventually finished off a counter-attack before Joshua Kimmich’s late penalty.

Guardiola, speaking after the game, said: “We struggled in the first half. Upamecano broke all the lines down our left side, and we struggled with Coman.
“We were fortunate before the penalty miss; they had one or two chances and anything could happen, but we defended really well.”
