Former Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi believes Victor Osimhen will be the game-changer for his former club against AC Milan next week.
The Partenopei fell to a 1-0 defeat against AC Milan in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final contest at the San Siro on Wednesday night.
Both teams will square off again in the reverse fixture at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium next Tuesday.
Osimhen missed the first leg due to a muscle injury but is expected to be back for the return leg.
Former Argentina striker Lavezzi stated that his presence would be vital for Luciano Spalletti’s side.
“Napoli played a good game, regardless of the result. "I think that in the return leg, they will find Osimhen again, who acts as a point of reference up front, attacks the space, and makes the opposing defenders struggle a lot,” Lavezzi told Tutto Napoli.
Osimhen has scored four times in five appearances in the Champions League this season.
