PSG have published their 22-man squad for their upcoming Trophee des Champions match against Nantes on July 31st (20:00 CEST).
Mbappe’s name was absent from the list, along with six others whom Galtier wants to see leave the club this window.
Galtier has left the exit door wide open for a number of players currently in the PSG squad. Rafinha, Kurzawa, Draxler, Ander Herrera, Kehrer, and Wijnaldum, have all been left out of his squad for the Trophee des Champions on Sunday.
The half dozen are the principal absentees from Galtier’s first official squad list of the new 2022/23 season, which will take flight with the duel against Nantes in the fight for the first piece of silverware of the season.
Leo Messi’s and Neymar’s names were on the list.
However, Mbappe’s was not, as he is suspended for the match in Tel Aviv (Israel).
After arriving at the club during the current transfer window, Vitinha and Mukiele form part of Galtier’s 22-man squad.
However, another summer arrival, Hugo Ekitike, does not feature on the list.
