Liverpool manager Arne Slot has declared Mohamed Salah the best player in the world right now, praising the winger's exceptional form this season.

Slot believes Salah's incredible numbers—17 goals and 13 assists—speak for themselves, making it impossible to argue against his claim.

Salah, who has been with Liverpool for over seven years, continues to dominate the Premier League, leading in both goals and assists. The 32-year-old star was again on the score sheet as Liverpool secured a stunning 5-0 victory over West Ham United on Sunday.

In his post-match interview, Slot expressed his amazement at Salah’s continued improvement: "We didn’t know Mohamed Salah could get any better… but somehow he has. Best player in the world? If you look at his numbers, you can’t argue with it."

Salah's contract with Liverpool is set to expire at the end of the season, raising questions about his future with the club.
