The Super Eagles will begin preparations for the international friendly against the Desert Foxes of Algeria in Abuja on September 19.



The head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, is expected to announce his squad for the friendly this week.

The game is billed for the Miloud Hadefi Stadium, Oran, on Tuesday, September 27.

The Super Eagles will have almost a week to prepare for the game.

The two teams failed to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The Super Eagles have another friendly lined up against Portugal next month.
