To sign Brazilian forward Angelo from Santos, Chelsea is in advanced negotiations.

The transfer of Angelo is currently being discussed between Chelsea and Santos, according to Wednesday's report from football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

According to reports, the Blues made an official offer of £15 million to Santos in an effort to sign the 18-year-old attacker to Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window.

Kai Havertz is almost certain to join Chelsea's Premier League rival Arsenal, so Chelsea is anticipated to sign one or two attackers.
