The last four of the ongoing Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Algeria has been confirmed following the completion of the quarter-final fixtures on Thursday night.
Recall that Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets lost 2-1 against Burkina Faso and Mali defeated Congo 3-0 on Thursday.
Senegal, Burkina Faso, Morocco and Mali are the semi-finalists for this year’s edition.
The first semi-final will take place on Sunday in Algeria.
Senegal will face Burkina Faso on Sunday evening, while Morocco will take on Mali on Sunday night.
The winners of the two fixtures will face off in the final on Friday, May 19, at the Nelson Mandela Stadium.
