Villarreal drew 1-1 with Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final second leg clash in Germany on Tuesday night, according to Naijacrawl. Chukwueze's second-half goal was the difference.
After winning 1-0 in the first leg last week in Spain, the LaLiga team moved to the Champions League semi-finals on a 2-1 aggregate score.
"He said to me 'just go," Chukwueze stated in his post-match press conference when asked what his boss Unai Emery advised him before he came on. He advised me that if you don't have the ball, you should run.'
