Joao Santos, the agent of Chelsea’s Jorginho, has provided the latest update on his client amid the Napoli link.

Jorginho, 31, has been linked with a move to Napoli from Chelsea in the past few days.

Jorginho’s current contract with the Blues will expire at the end of the season.

But Santos has now revealed that there is a proposal from Chelsea to renew the midfielder’s contract.

Santos told TUTTOmercatoWEB: “We have a renewal proposal, and we give priority to Chelsea.”
He added, “Naples [Napoli] represented our home in Italy." If there was a new interest, we’d be happy, but at the moment, Napoli haven’t had contact with us.
