According to 'Sportblade’, the Galicians are willing to put five million euros on the table to bring in 18-year-old midfielder Williot Swedberg, who is excelling with Hammarby.
The fact that Celta managed to stay in the top flight with plenty of time to spare and not reach the fight for Europe has allowed them to start their preparations for next season in good time.
There are several departures that Celta will have to face next season, some of them already confirmed, such as Denis Susrez, who continues his particular crusade with the club’s president, Carlos Mourio.
And, of course, departures will necessarily mean arrivals. One of those whose voices have begun to sound in recent days with force has been that of the promising Williot Swedberg. At just 18 years of age, he is probably the most promising player in Swedish football.
Recently, he was even linked with Barcelona, who saw in him a defensive midfielder with quality and a huge capacity for progression. However, "SportBlade" pointed to the Galician side, who right now would be the best positioned to acquire his services, leaving Hammarby’s coffers with around five million euros.
