I)  sustainable productivity of the country: A country 's productivity can only be sustainable for her citizens in a situation where there are employments in place for the citizens and through this medium,  proverty  can can be alleviated. 
II)  industrial growth : employment help increased the level of demand for goods and services and this brings industrial expansion and through this  medium, poverty can be alleviated. 
III) standard of living of the people: Employment boosts the standard of living of the people because anyone who is gainfully employed can live high above poverty. 
IV) Reduction of crime rate in the society : since an idle mind is the devil's workshop,  citizens who are gainfully employed will stay away from crime of various kinds. 
V)  Generation of funds for government : Employment will help the citizens to pay their taxes and this will generate more funds into the government purse and with such funds the government will be able to alleviate poverty

i. Honesty can be defined as the state of being truthful and straight forward in whatever we are doing. Someone who is honest is always willing to tell the truth and ready to die for the truth.
ii. Selflessness: This is the quality of person who is more focused on the needs of others, rather than his or her own. It means showing more interest in the welfare of other people.
iii. Justice: Justice is the concept of moral rightness based on ethics, nationality, law, religion or equity. It is the quality of being Just, righteous, equitable and upright.
iv. Intergrity: It is the ability to stick to sound moral principles at all times. Integrity is one of the important qualities an individual must possess in a society
v. Disciples: This is the ability to obey rules and regulations of the place where one lives or works, and being able to do so without being forced by anyone.
vi. Courage: This is the ability to do something that one knows is right or good, even though it can be dangerous, frightening or very difficult.

Fighting against hard and fake drugs: government should embark on continuous and relentless fight  against hard and fake drugs through the help of her necessary agencies like NAFDAC and NDLEA

4biii) The school: the school at all level should include the topic of fighting drug abuse in their curriculums in subjects like social studies, civic education, history etc to help orientate students and pupils on the dangers of drug abuse

Vi) self example: parents, teachers, lectures, pastors, leaders in various sectors should avoid and live above drug abuse in order to be able to use themselves as living examples
