Ayorinde Kehinde Okiki, better known as DJ Kaywise, is a popular Nigerian disc jockey who recently posted a cryptic message that worried some of his followers.

According to The Daily Post, the record producer posted a mysterious message on his Instagram page on September 13, 2023, announcing his intention to "end it all."

Fans flooded the comment section, urging him not to commit suicide in response to his post, which caused concern. Others requested his family and friends call to see how he was.

DJ Kaywise clarified that his earlier post was not suicidal, contrary to what worried fans had assumed in a video message that was posted on his Instagram page on Wednesday night.

He said he wanted to clear the air on some malicious allegations leveled against him by a blog called “Gistlover.”

He captioned the video, “I hope this ends it all.
“The general public's misrepresentation of my recent post as a sign of suicidal thoughts highlights the urgency of addressing these issues.
“It’s crucial for the public to dissociate my name from the misconceptions initially perpetuated by a malicious blog called Gistlover, and I am glad I can rectify the false impressions that have been spreading over the years.”
