Popular content creator and singer Nasboi recently shared insights into the lucrative nature of social media influencing and skit-making during an appearance on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, co-hosted by reality star Tolanibaj and actress Moet Abebe.
Nasboi revealed that prior to delving into the creative industry, he held misconceptions about popular skit makers like Sydney Talker, assuming they were involved in internet fraud due to their apparent wealth. However, upon joining the industry himself, Nasboi discovered the immense potential for financial success within the creative space.
He emphasized that many individuals still misunderstand the profitability of the creative industry, often accusing skit makers and influencers of illicit activities without recognizing the legitimate avenues for earning substantial income.
According to Nasboi, the creative industry offers vast opportunities for revenue generation, particularly through endorsements, advertisements, and sponsored content. He debunked misconceptions surrounding female influencers, highlighting that their earnings primarily stem from legitimate business ventures rather than alleged illicit activities.
Nasboi further asserted that skit making is far more lucrative than internet fraud, with some lesser-known creators earning significant sums from their content. He cited an example of a skit maker who earned $33,000 from a single video on Facebook, showcasing the immense earning potential within the industry.
