Patrick Evra, a former Manchester United defender, understands that when it comes to Nigerian singers, fans are in charge.

In a recent interview with Ebuka, the legend was asked to choose between Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy as his favorite Nigerian musicians. Patrick Evra's astute retort had netizens on the edge of their seats, with many praising him for his foresight.

He claims that he will not choose one of the three options because if he does, the other fans will come after him. If he selects Davido, he claims that followers of Wizkid and Burna Boy will drag him, and vice versa.

Patrick added that he knows Burna Boy personally, but this fact is not motivating enough for him to choose him and get dragged.
