Popular Nigerian singer, Odumodublvck, has stirred conversation with his candid take on his relationship with music.

In a recent interview, the artist described music as a dependable friend but clarified that he doesn’t love it.

In a clip shared by DAILY POST on social media, Odumodublvck shared his thoughts on how music has impacted his life. He explained that while music is trustworthy and rewards effort, it hasn’t gone out of its way to do anything extraordinary for him.

“I don’t love music. But music and I are friends. One thing I know about music is that it’s reliable—if you put in the work, it delivers. Music doesn’t cheat anyone," he said. "But to say I love music? No, no, no. Music has never gone beyond its nature to give me anything. It’s the effort I’ve put in that it has reciprocated, and I respect that."

He went on to state that while he holds no grudges against music, his feelings remain pragmatic rather than emotional.

Odumodublvck’s bold statements have sparked diverse reactions from fans, with many debating his unconventional perspective on his craft.
