Ayra Starr’s The Year I Turned 21 ranked 53rd, impressing listeners with her musical maturity and passion. Rolling Stone noted her growth as an artist, making this album a significant milestone in her career.
In 2022, Nigerian artist Asake’s debut album Mr Money also made it onto Rolling Stone’s prestigious list. This year, Rema, Tems, and Ayra Starr are shining bright, further cementing Nigeria’s dominance in global music.
