Due to the ongoing hardship in the nation, Federick Leonard, one of Nollywood's best actors, has referred to Nigerians as "spineless talkers.
"
The actor, who was born in Anambra, announced this on his Instagram page.
At the same time that Nigerians are experiencing a fuel crisis and a shortage of naira notes, this has just happened.
Singer Adekunle Gold had earlier bemoaned the eight years of Nigerians' lives that had been wasted under the presidency of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Leonard claims that Nigerians are receiving poor treatment from their leaders because they are aware that the people are "spineless talkers."
The actor, who recently wed his fiancee Peggy Ovire, said Nigerians would have to fight for the improvement of their nation because achieving freedom from oppressors is not easy.
Because they are aware of this, these leaders treat us in the manner in which they do.
As long as we remain spineless, Nigeria will never get better because freedom from bad and oppressive leadership is not free. #WeAreNotReadyYet,” he said.
