Ace producer, Samklef, has alleged that Nigerian music listeners don’t count lyrics as important anymore, but instead want to only enjoy party jams that are devoid of good lyrics.

He took to his Twitter page to post the message yesterday, after which he made a screenshot and posted it on his Instagram page.

This declaration by Samklef has caused an outrage on social media with a lot of music fans blasting him and telling him not to mislead the Nigerian music followers and not to put our music in a bad light to the world.

He wrote; “Lyrics no dey sell for Naija, we just want to party and dey alright. Simple hook, repeat twice, everybody sings along. "

Vector was also one of those who blasted Samklef after posting the tweet, as he advised him not to mislead people who are fans of Nigerian music.

He wrote, "Sam, You do not get sense with this way you talk. No, Dey misleads people with funny talk. You know, say Naija problem no be lyrics. Na thief sense of greed. No vex if you vex. Lol. "
