The sleuths of the Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) along with Narayanguda police in India have arrested a suspected Nigerian drug trafficker named Osigwe Chukwuemeka James, 37.
Osigwe was arrested for possession of 30 grams of MDMA at Niyaz Khana near King Koti Hospital under Narayanguda on Friday, August 12. It is important to note that, Osigwe has been doing the business for over 10 years now, and he has amassed a lot of wealth through the business.
Police also seized four cell phones, Rs 4,000 cash, two one-dollar notes of Cayman Islands currency and a Qatari riyal note from him.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, M. Rajesh Chandra told reporters that the accused was residing illegally in Hyderabad.
Police found that he was frequently visiting Goa, procuring the narcotic drug MDMA, and selling the same to needy consumers in Hyderabad to earn easy money.
