A Tanzanian man, Steven Weiber has lost his life while attempting to propose to his long time love in an epic way underwater. Steven dived into the ocean to pop the question to his girlfriend Kenesha Antoine through the window of their submerged cabin in Tanzania but couldn't make it out life to witness the girls acceptance to his proposal.

The lady disclosed that she got the shock of her life when he was saying yes to his love but discovered that he has drowned. She said she is heartbroken as the day that is supposed to be the best day of her life turned out to be the worst.
