The late Asagba, Professor Edozien, embarked on his university education journey in 1944, securing admission to the University College of Dublin, Ireland. His academic journey was marked by success, culminating in the completion of his BSc degree with honors in Physiology from the National University of Ireland in 1948. Further academic achievements included an MSc in Physiology in 1950 and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Chemotherapy (MBBCh) in 1954.
