At the Investors and Exporters window on Monday, the naira was exchanged for a dollar at a rate of N461.

In comparison to the N461.75 for which it was exchanged to the dollar before the close of business last Friday, the rate represented an increase of 0.09 percent.

On Monday, N461.50 to the dollar represented the open indicative rate.

Before it settled at N461.33, the highest recorded exchange rate for the day's trading was N462.31 against the dollar.

In Monday's trading, the naira was exchanged for as little as N446 to the dollar.

At the official Investors and Exporters window, transactions worth a total of 108.01 million dollars were made.
