It seems the merger talk between the Presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar and his counterpart from NNPP, Rabiu Kwankwaso wouldn't fly has the latter met President Tinubu at the presidential villa yesterday.

Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso PhD, FNSE met with President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR on issues of national interest, yesterday 24th August 2023.

The purpose of the meeting wasn't disclosed by the spokesmen of the two politicians.

It will be recalled that, Kwankwaso, Peter Obi and Atiku met earlier this week to talk about how to merge and topple the APC led government, but seems the meagre wouldn't fly.

The meeting has been generating mixed reactions from their supporters.
