One of the lecturers at the University of Port Harcourt has been caught in HD camera sexually harassing a female student in his office.

The yet to be identified lecturer was seeing forcing to kiss and touch the breast of the female student who was not in agreement with the lecturer action.

The university authority is yet to comment on this ridiculous development.
