Pope Francis was pictured bowing down to Sudanese president in the Vatican City.

World recognized Catholic Christian faith clergyman, Pope Francis broke all protocol in his effort to sue for peace. The Pope was visited by Sudanese president Salva Kiir Mayardit and his aids; the vice president-designate, Riek Machar and Rebecca Nyandeng de Mabior.

The three were once rivals before they signed a peace agreement in 2018 in Ethiopia, and they are now attempting to form a stable government together.

Pope's action was to make them continue remain in peace. Pope bent down to kiss the three on their feet and he said to them "To you three, who have signed a peace agreement," the Pope said, "I ask you as a brother, remain in peace."

The South Sudanese politicians were staying at the Pope's Vatican residence for an unprecedented two-day spiritual retreat, the idea of Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, the head of the Anglican Church.
