Though, several players were nominated which include Ronaldo, Mbappe, Haaland, Kunku, Salah, Virgil, and lot more, but it believe that only Benzema, Courteous and Kevin made the top three, they are the three with the most votes.

It is important to note that Lionel Messi is not nominated. He has received the award for seventh time.
